Thomas Keehn is a long-time Maryland home builder who presently leads the Wilmington, North Carolina, firm Certified Contractors, Inc. Engaging closely with homeowners on custom projects, he undertakes ground-up construction and renovation work. Former Maryland resident Thomas Keehn manages all aspects of daily operations, including payroll and maintaining a proper inventory of materials.
Prior to establishing his current firm, he was owner of Certified, Inc., where he managed a full range of worksite operations. He was one of Certainteed Corp.’s top partners in the nation when it came to providing 5-Star warrantied construction work.
A criminal justice graduate of the University of Maryland, he gained early professional experience waiting tables at the Chesapeake Bay Seafood House. He subsequently engaged as a home improvement sales representative with Universal Energy Corp. Active in his professional community, he maintains membership in the National Roofing Contractors Association and has a Better Business Bureau-listed enterprise.
